Our Story

The journey started in 2020 when Chef Joumana used to shop every Sunday at the Maitland Farmers Market which was close to our home,

 She thought that an authentic hummus mix would add value to the market, so we created our small company and named it Concept 4 LLC, which represents the four members of the family,we branded it as “Hummus Bar”

drawing from our diverse cultural backgrounds and culinary experiences, we envisioned creating unique spreads that would blend traditional flavors with modern twists.

We spent countless hours experimenting and fine-tuning recipes until we crafted the mixes that reflected our collective culinary vision. Each of us brought something special to the table, with the target of inspiring a tale of passion, dedication, and collaboration.

With success came expansion opportunities, we navigated growth strategically, staying true to our core values while adapting to evolving market trends. we expanded our offerings, our markets & launched catering services, and even explored retail partnerships for our signature mixes.
